Hi,
I bought some boots from your spring store in new Westminster bc. I noticed that the shoe lace were worn and torn when I got home and when I came back to the store for new lace she couldn’t replace the lace or offer any solution. She told me to go to Walmart and buy shoe lace from there. Really???, First time shopping here and probably the last.

Decent assortment of hand bags and purses for a small store. Customer service was a bit cold. Prices were decent fair market.
