A new low. Terrible service. Atrociously long lines. Incomplete menu. And they can’t seem to get an order right.(It takes four people to check if the soup is ready to serve and then it is this cold, gloopy, unmixed slop.) There are much better options at UBC.

Drinks and baked goods like any other Tim Horton’s. No sandwiches *cries* here, lines are sometimes ridiculously long. Doesn’t take gift cards, staff sometimes nice but sometimes indifferent.

Always crowded because of slow service. Unattentive servers and cashiers. UBC students/community members deserve better! (This is the one opposite to Chemistry building).

since my last review, service has suffered terribly. waits that should be like 5min in queue are doubled. staff working have no idea what is going on and often stops service completely to restock or fix things that other people should be doing.

It’s crowded, uncomfortable, and smells when it’s rainy because people are packed like sardines in their ridiculous long line. They don’t have a full food menu(sandwiches, meals). Doesn’t matter. Because UBCers need their Ice Crack, um I mean Ice Cap fix.

This Tim Hortons location is very central to UBC campus. Staff are friendly but can be pushy because there are so many people! This location is busy busy busy! Expect to wait 15 – 20 mins in line. It sucks that there aren’t more Tim Hortons locations on campus! One huge downfall is that there is no lunch food here. Only coffee/tea/muffins/cookies at this location. But it is located beside a sushi restaurant, triple Os & a frozen yogurt bar. So I guess if you’re super hungry you have those options for lunch food. Coffee has always been fresh & hot! There is lots of seating… But it is hard to land a seat!

I enjoy Tim Hortons on an almost daily basis. The only drawback to this location is the 12:15 rush when class gets out. You will wait approx 10 – 15 min for your turn to be served. The staff is very friendly and as always Tim Hortons is as static as ever with its Beverages and food. I tend to go for the Steeped tea and Jalapeño Cheese Bagel… mmm yummyness!

As Martina above me said, the location of this Tim Horton’s is opposite the chemistry building, which is convenient for me. As with every Tim Horton’s the doughnut selection is pretty good and of course the prices are good, however my rating isn’t really based on this. I get the impression that people know what there are getting themselves in for when they go to Tims! My biggest problem with this franchise is that I find that the service is very slow, and typically wait times for a coffee at most times during the day is about 20 minutes plus, and I don’t find the staff particularly friendly either. The other problem with this particular Tim Horton’s is that they do not accept gift cards. If I want a coffee on campus it is often faster to go to the SUB even though it is further to travel than this Tim Horton’s.

This Tim Hortons is conveniently located across from Chemistry D Wing on UBC campus. I normally don’t go here for coffee because the lines are always long(especially between classes), but the staff move surprisingly quick and know what’s going on. You can’t get any soups or sandwiches here, but the donut and bagel selection is pretty good at all hours of the day. I wouldn’t recommend trying to go here right at class change, but I have no other complaints about this Tim Hortons location. As an added bonus, I won a donut here in the roll up the rim to win contest, so that’s got to count for something.

A place on campus to get a quick coffee fix. The UBC Food Services staff are friendly and fairly quick. This is a Tim Horton’s express — basic coffee/teas/ice caps and donuts but no soup/sandwiches are served here.
