The portion sizes for lunch are smallish and while the food is reasonably good it is not something I would bother returning for. The turkey lasagna was pretty much the same as the vegetarian from what I can tell, nearly meat free. The pizza was bland and not very appealing.

Cute name, great spot to visit when you want Something Healthy. Pizzas, sandwiches, fresh juices and a pretty decent selection of small to-go items such as: berries with a mandarin orange or hummus. Very impressed!

Someone took me here last year because they wanted something clean and healthy. At first I didn’t give it much thought, but as soon as I had a few sips of two different smoothies, I liked it right away. They have a generous amount of green décor(to emphasize the fact that it is a healthy joint), but aside from that, I would come back for a good quick and healthy meal. It’s close to Tinseltown and the Rogers and BC place, check it out and try it once and you’ll see if it was a good or not ~

This is what Subway and McDonalds should be. By far the best health food restaurant in the city. Better than Smak and all those other places that make super expensive meals that taste gross. Something Healthy makes simple meals that taste like home cooking. The pricing is fair and their smoothies are some of the best in town. I eat here 2 – 3 times a week now. Staff is amazing and they’re always willing to accommodate any special dietary needs.

I visited this place before and it was good. Today I went in for a 2oz grass shoot at midday for energy boost. I saw the girl or the machine had a hard time squeeze anything out of the grassse. Then I realized that the tray of grasses were so old and dry. How could it be acceptable to serve when this is a place that claimed to be something healthy. There’s little live left on that tray of grass. The girl tried. She took out another tray from inside the kitchen, as she also released that’s not acceptable. However, that tray was also old. I demanded a refunded ~ could not put something like that onto my body. So disappointed walking away.

I found this place while walking downtown in the area while craving something not so fast-food like, but… something healthy. There it was! I’ve been here twice so far and order their salmon sandwich(as I am a salmon lover) and it was very delicious! I’ve yet to try out their juices and smoothies since I usually settle for water. The environment is really clean and cute. Nice decoration of plants that makes it feel very zen-like. Somewhere I can just go to relax and enjoy some peaceful reading. Worth checking out if you don’t always wanna eat fast-food or the same olé same olé(and to get away from the noisy restaurants) Enjoy!

The turkey sandwich is delicious! They do not cheap out on the ingredients. The turkey patty is homemade, made by the family who owns the store. The smoothies are also such great value– so much better than Jugo Juice. This place is great and it feels good to support a local business.

They’re juices/smoothies are very well priced. I always get the Raw green. And I love their quinoia salad bowl with tofu and sesame dressing. It’s my favourite weekend healthy meal. Worth checking out!

Always like supporting local biz, instead of the Booster and Jugo Juices of the world. Tried their berry smoothie a few times, good for the men, our antioxidants needed ;) nice branding on their take out containers. But their seating do seem to have taken a lot of wear and tear. Metered parking in front. Not much for healthy options in this area of Tinseltown. Just a 5 minute walk from Stadium station.

The name says it all, a healthy snack that is a block away from Rogers Arena, a far cry from the other fast food options before a show. It’s appreciated that their is a healthy snack option before a show. This is the best place to get a snack, not a meal. Everything is healthy and on the ball with most dietary trends including gluten free, vegan and whole wheat. Even the desserts are semi guilt free. The décor is psychologically green to signify and drive the impression of healthy. The inside is small with limited seating. Very clean setting. Customer service was very friendly. Prices are very reasonable for the portions, however, keep in mind that this is not a meal but rather a healthy snack.

I was walking to do some food shopping at T n T, and I was feeling a bit hungry I decided it was lunch time. Hmmm… Subway? Nah too common. Japanese? Nah I have it all the time. Pizza slices? Nah not too healthy. I looked across the street and discovered Something Healthy! With a name like that I had to give it a try. I had the turkey lasagna and berry explosion drink. Both were pretty good. The berry explosion had lots of berry flavor. Not the watered down stuff I often get from other vendors. The turkey lasagna was hardy and zesty. It had lots of turkey bits which made it filling. Overall if you’re around try this place. The name itself makes one feel one is doing something good for oneself!

I want to carry Something Healthy around with me in my pocket. I want them to cater my life. They open at 9am so I try to plan my days around getting their right in time to order something to go. The best rice salad bowls ever. Delicious wraps, not too big, but just the right size to fill you up. Home made pizza rocks. Juices are great. I ask for more ginger and I am always in in ginger heaven. Incredibly reasonable prices. I’d give them 5 stars if they carried kombucha.

This place is right across from my apartment, and I do visit immediately after the gym for their protein shakes. If you ask nicely they add a spoon of peanut butter to your shake, which makes it pretty darn epic. The prices are reasonable. While I was under the weather during the winter blues, their carrot ginger beet juice kept me going.

Amazing fresh juices! And you can customize your juice however way you want — whatever fruit and veggie combo you want. I had a spinach beets carrots ginger apple concoction and it was so refreshing. I have yet to try their sandwiches and wraps but they definitely look good. Will be back for sure! PS. I love how they have the list of health benefits of the fruits and veggies up on the wall(I took a picture, will post it with this review).

Been here with coworker a few times to pick up their take out. Today was the first time I’ve purchased something. I gotta say it was worth my money. I got a berrylious yogurt smoothie. It was really good with a reasonable price. It cost 4.95 for a 16oz and it taste really good. The environment there is nice as well. When they mean something healthy, everything there is healthy. It’s a good place to pick up a nice salad, wraps, hummus and other healthy stuff. Will be looking forward to try out their wraps, salad and other smoothies.

Great healthy options here(as the name suggests), awesome smoothies and protein shakes, the veggie bur-wich(cross between sandwich and burger) is amazing — it’s a chickpea, corn patty with indian spices. I also like the tuna burwich. Also great option for wheatgrass, teas and healthy snacks.

Walked all the way here for a fruit smoothie, just to find out they decided to close shop early without even putting up a sign. I was pretty disappointed, as I chose to come here over their competitors, but by the time I could have gotten anywhere else they too would have been closed. Bad business practice.

A juice bar right near Tinseltown is just what the doctor ordered. They also do Burwiches, Pizza & Quesadillas, Smoothies and of course, fresh juice.
