Just dandy! I was staying in the area and got hungry fairly late at night. Checking out what was still open in the area I was naturally immediately into Fatih’s, because yum! Despite mediocre reviews I gave it a try and everything was just fine. There were a few folks in there at 10.40pm on a Monday, and a few different types of pizza. There wasn’t any potato pizza but the staff were happy to make a whole one so I could grab a couple of slices. Obviously the pizza was super fresh! The crust was a little thick but the quality seemed pretty consistent with the rest of the Uncle Fatih’s brand. I’d visit again!

Between Fatih’s and Freshslice, it’s not a hard choice. I love the cheese pizza here but just wish they would put equal amounts of sesame seeds all over the pizza or don’t use any at all. When you start to finish towards the crest you get huge mouth fulls of sesame seeds, not ideal.

This is the best cheap pizza chain in Vancouver. I’ve never ordered a full pizza here, but have had several slices of the various vegetarian options. These are really the best ones as they have the most toppings. Some are a little odd like potatoes, but somehow fit when you are eating it. The proximity to Rogers arena is perfect as it allows you to have something delicious before heading to a game and save some money. I’m not sure why the other reviews are so bad. The vegetarian options exceed any expectations for a $ 2 slice of pizza. I’ve never had a meat pizza here and that might be what isn’t very good.

It was either Uncle Fatihs or Fresh Slice across the street. I chose the former. Definitely not NY style pizza but I actually appreciated the thicker dough and crust. A bit of change from thin crust pizzas. Disagree with those who say it is worse than frozen pizza. The chicken and meat wasn’t as flavorful as I would’ve liked but the combos and toppings make up for everything. Would return but only on occasion.

This is by fare the best pizza in Vancouver. They actually put something on your pizza the cheese is gooey and the toppings are plentiful not like others who just airbrush the toppings on. I have tried the one on cambie it’s bad nothing like the downtown one. When I told the staff how horrible the one on cambie was they actually apologized. The owner of the down town place came out and asked how our pizza was and if there was anything he could do to make it better. This is someone who cares about his place and his customers opinion. I will alway spend my money on a good clean place like this.

Overall: Even cheap pizza like romano’s, fresh slice or mega bites tastes better than them. On the positive side they do have a lot of topping selection and combinations to choose from. Just wish it was executed better. I would not come back to this place even if I wanted something quick and dirty. Food: Extra Large combo: half was meat lovers and the other was sweet and spicy on regular crust $ 22 The pizza wasn’t overly greasy. However everything was super dry and tasteless despite the amount of toppings on it. The chorizo tasted like dry jerky pepperoni sticks. There was not enough sauce or cheese. Even my friend wondered if there were any cheese on it. Once you picked up the pizza almost all the toppings would fall off. The crust was ok. I am a crust type of person and I wasn’t too impressed with it. It was dry, not crispy and lacked that good airy dough bread quality and chew. Service: We did online ordering and it was easy to use and quick. The wait for the pizza did not take long and they called to let you know when it was ready for pick up. We ordered extra dipping sauce and they forgot about it, so we paid extra for nothing. Parking: not really any except for some street parking nearby

I loved uncle Fatihs on Broadway, so that’s what I was expecting. Unfortunately, I left very unsatisfied. The dough was ridiculously thick. The flavour was non-existent. I’m now hesitant to go back to the Broadway store in case the experience is the same. I expect this from Fresh Slice, but not Uncle Fatihs :(

Dry doughy, cheap… not even acceptable by sad Vancouver pizza standards. I’ve had better frozen… skip it…

These guys are consistently terrible. Gives uncle fatih on Broadway a bad name. I-don’t-care service. Cardboard-like pizza

Ordered delivery and pizza came in time and correct, but I’m not sure what all the fuss is about. It’s too doughy, lacked any real taste(as I suspect not all the ingredients are real) and dried up really fast. There are a ton of better places in the city to get pizza. I always read the Georgia Straight’s Golden Plate awards to see who gets voted best of, and now I know why I never heard of these guys as they do not receive any votes.

Least favourite of all their locations, service is usually slow and the riff raff that hangs around here. If you like your slices drizzled w/all these colourful sauces, may be worth that extra star. Might as well cross the street for Fresh Slice, nicer seating area too.

One of the«cleanest» Uncle Fatih’s locations around. Parking is available underground at Tinseltown. The inside of this location is bright orange themed, which makes it look more like a BC Lions place than a Canucks-type place. The glass panels at the counter are nice and shiny, and brightly lit. Service was very quick and friendly. I tried the potato pizza. No, those things are not pieces of beef. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it actually wasn’t bad at all. They don’t skimp on the toppings at all. Of course, this is also why their slices are $ 2 each. It’s worth it though. Overall a pretty decent place if you’re hungry by Rogers Arena.

The pizza was ok. The price given the quality was to be expected… it was fast… but of course there were some issues(again… probably the price and the speed dictated there would be some). The crust was pretty flavourless… pretty much a thin crisp layer of cardboard. Cheese… uninspiring… the rest of the toppings and the sauce had some good flavour. If I could get faster service from Verace(for a lunch ½ hour)… I’d maybe say I wouldn’t go back to Fatih’s… we’ll see.

First off, your pizza is good, probably one of the best if I was to compare you to other chain, store front like, serve it, price wise places that I am comparing you to, that said, with my slice of Hawaiian, it just didn’t wow me, and blow my tastebuds away like others who have described you, and my piece was not as good as the pesto cheese of my partner’s, who was holding on it for dear life, and hoping my sharkly mouth(and hunger) didn’t gobble away her slice of gooey goodness. Don’t worry about it, this will not be my last time I come here, and you will have many chances, especially at your other locations, as this was my very first time at an ‘Uncle Fatih’s’ and I will try your other selectable choices of pizza variety, and I hope to find the right slice for myself. This location is one of the newer ones I have seen, close to a Skytrain station, and I bet this place gets jammed when there is an event going on at Rogers Arena. For the price you are paying, you are getting a pretty good slice, ahem, compared to across the street. Nice and clean, if you decide to even sit in, and watch the people walk by while you have a hot slice at your fingertips.

My pesto cheese was exponentially better than my partner’s Hawaiian. Even though my slice of pizza wasn’t a «blow job from god» as Unilocaled by Johnson C(posted on Nov 6th, 2011), it was pretty close to being orgasmic. Despite the fact that I couldn’t taste much of the pesto, every square centimeter on top of my slice was evenly covered with cheese. The crust wasn’t thick like Pizza Hut’s(yuk!) but it wasn’t thin either. I was expecting some sort of doughy taste but nope… I got none of that. The edge of the crust was crunchy and had a fried texture, similar to that of Olympia’s pizza crust(Denman St). I smiled impishly and couldn’t help but to let out content sighs. Hawaiian pizza is another story on its own. The crust, which was slightly thinner than mine, surprisingly tasted doughy. The poignant pork smell from the ham was enough to make my head turn away. Pesto cheese, I will be back for you.

To this day I still think ‘Uncle Faith’ before correcting myself to ‘Uncle Fatih’. I’m excited to see the Uncle grow his pizza awesomeness to this 4th location. I was worried that quality would suffer with this growth, but luckily not. Is it as good as the original on Broadway? Almost. Crust was bang on. Crisp and perfect thickness. At the time, the selection was a tad limited, but had the staples. With a new modern interior with shiny new equipment and TV menu, this is a step up. More UFP locations please.

Mr. X always says that the pizza here is the best… I didn’t get it… But then it opened nearby and he raved about it to the rest of our friends. Finally i said i would treat him once it opened. We walked in to a place that was still under construction but there were around five to six varieties to choose from. We got the bacon mushroom and Hawaiian. at two dollars a slice i thought they were a little smaller than places like fresh slice and 1001 favours but when you think about it. Do you really need that much pizza? I noticed immediately that the slices had sesame seeds on them and they did not look greasy at all. I took a bite of each and understand why he likes it so much. The pizza here was not heavy and full of flavour. The topping are evenly distributed and you feel like you are having a good meal. The service was courteous and their choices to order are extensive and unique. Faiths and fresh slice(opened across the street) are going to have some good competition.
