Knee pain, back pain, bone conditions, nerve conditions, fractures, sprains, strains, sports related injuries are all examples of physical dysfunctions that have gone through successfully rehabilitation at Seva Physiotherapy.

Our physiotherapy clinic also offer physio services related to Motor Vehicle Accidents and Workers’ Compensation Board related injuries & rehabilitation.

History

Established in 2004.

Seva Physiotherapy Sports Injury and Acupuncture Clinic has been in operation since 2004, and is located in the heart of Kitsilano, Vancouver. It is owned and operated by Peter McClean, Registered Physiotherapist since 1987 and his business partner Jill Renowitzky an accomplished physiotherapist with over a decade of experience.

Our physiotherapy clinic specialize in services including: acupuncture, IMS physiotherapy & treatment, orthopaedic rehabilitation, sport injury, spinal and peripheral joint manipulation, manual therapy, TMJ dysfunction, vestibular rehabilitation, orthotics and massage. Our therapists hold post graduate degrees in both Sports & Orthopaedics and have the highest level of manual therapy training in the field of physical therapy and sport rehabilitation training through Sport Physiotherapy of Canada.

Meet the Business Owner

Peter M.

Business Owner

Registered Physiotherapist, BSc.(Hons), Physiotherapy, Certified IMS Practitioner.

Peter McClean is a graduate of the University of Ulster in Ireland and holds an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy (1987). He is currently registered with the college of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.

Peter worked in Britain for the last 21 years. During this time he served as a professional soccer physiotherapist for Crystal Palace, which won a Division 1 title & reached the FA Cup semi-​final. He has also been involved in top flight rugby working with the London Irish and Irish Exiles. He was an active member of the Society of Orthopedic Medicine.

For the last 14 years, he owned & ran a private clinic south of London where he worked alongside some of the leading specialists in Orthopedic Medicine.

Peter has a keen interest in knee and ankle injuries & also treating the adolescent athlete. He is by nature a manual therapist. Peter is also a licensed IMS practitioner.
