183 West Broadway Shop. Great. They carry Northwave cycling boots.
So, none in stock on my first visit, but staff will give me a call when they are in.
Oops, they lost the number. No worries. The winter cycling shoes were in on my next visit a few weeks later.
Pulled down my size and prepared to try one on. Nope, sorry, can’t try them on.
First time in my life in a shop that sells shoes that you cannot try on.
That was the whole point of going to a storefront as opposed to buying online.
I could take a chance. Buy online. 20% restocking fee if they don’t fit. No thanks.
