Great friendly staff. Some more knowledgeable, but overall good service. Better prices than others that are similar. Selection is pretty huge. Found a lot here. I will go back.

I just came in here to browse. I was very impressed with their selection of tennis and badminton goods. I did find what I was looking for. I didn’t need the customer service since I was just looking, however, I got the impression that they didn’t care about putting their best foot forward in the CS department either. Prices aren’t always competitive but it is the best selection in the city hands down in terms of badminton birdies outside a specialty shop.

Convenient store for outdoor everything, without going to their parent store DT. Camping, backpacks, clothing, hiking boots and more. looks big but smaller than Burnaby by a country mile. Impressed they carry Eagle Creek, the travel specialist. Located in the back by knapsacks. Washrooms on left side, centre behind the shoes. metered parking all around. friendly service, know their products, no teenagers working here.

I’ve worked next door to atmosphere for a few years now but had never been inside until yesterday. Through no fault of my own I ended up with a gross stain on my shirt at the start of my shift and decided that I’d have to run next door and buy a t shirt. I didn’t realize they weren’t open for another ten minutes so I called and explained my predicament to the very helpful guy who answered the phone. He didn’t even mind that they weren’t actually open yet. I said i only had a few minutes to grab a shirt and get back to work while my off duty co worker covered for me. A few minutes later I rushed in and he had two shirts in the size and colour I requested waiting for me at the desk. I selected one and paid and was back at my work in less than two minutes. The shirt I bought is arcteryx which is a top brand but the the price was insanely LOW. I’ll be back when I have more time to do some shopping and have a good look at all their amazing stuff. P.S the other review posted on this page looks like the work of a deeply troubled individual.

Simply put-This Place Sucks! Even on a day when they have the Best sale of the year Staff easily outnumber customers it’s a dead zone in more ways than one. The first Staff member I talked to was great but after checking out the overpriced gear I left empty handed even 40% off wasn’t enough to convince me to buy. Stopping on the way out to ask a question of another Staff member I got a mumble as a reply and dirty looks from the two idle women behind the counter-and another mumble + dirty look from a dweeb standing by the door. Looking behind me I noticed two other people leaving empty handed so I wasn’t alone in being underwhelmed with the place. It seems to me now that I’ve stopped into Atmosphere many times-it’s a short walk from my place-but never ever bought anything. When will I ever learn? And No this review isn’t just about me it’s about an overpriced store in a lousy location that must be propped up by others in the chain since I rarely see anyone around the place-back when that store was a Canadian Tire the ‘hood was buzzing day & night with people coming/going/spending money.
