Pender auto peeps are the best. They are awared winning, honest, professional and family owned and run. I’ve been coming here for years and also because they’re right by mom’s house, so I feel good coming here. So should you. They also take ICBC claims. Ask for Hung!

Best repair shop I’ve ever been to!!! AMAZING customer service with free replacement rental, detailing, and touch-​ups!!! I dropped my car off for repair and had arranged for the shop to drop me off downtown. They surprised me with a courtesy car, which is wonderful as I wasn’t looking forward to the madness of public transit rush hour. I’m also a HUGE supporter of family-​owned and operated businesses. Hung and Alan are experts in insurance claims process and auto body repair. They far exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job on the repairs. BTW — their paint jobs have a lifetime warranty! A big thank you to James at Burrard Acura for recommending Pender Auto Body and an even bigger thank you to Alan and Hung! Never thought it was possible to enjoy a car repair service so much!!!

These guys are the best! A month or so ago I gave my Jeep a good scrape on the driver’s side. I’m expecting a baby and couldn’t really afford to get it fixed, but it looked terrible and I had to do something about it. I’d shopped it around all day to different auto body shops, and got quotes all over the map, some of them beyond expensive. These guys were the last place I had time to stop at. Thankfully a while back I’d purchased some touch up paint and had it with me in the glove compartment. I was helped by Hung, who was really nice and professional. He gave me a reasonable quote, then asked if I had any touch up paint. Since I did he touched it up for me free of charge, staying 15 minutes after they closed to finish. He did an amazing job! I was so impressed. I’ll have to get that scrape (and a few others) fixed completely before I sell the vehicle and I’m definitely bringing it back here. These guys are trustworthy, have reasonable rates, and won’t try to take advantage of you (unlike some of the other places I’d gone to that day). They go the extra mile. I can’t say enough good things about them and recommend them to everybody.

went online to find a place that would help me find a brutal water leak in my car. spoke with allan on the phone and he was cordial and asked pointed questions that led me to believe that this was the place to bring in my car. i thought i was my sunroof and allan agreed that most often that was the guilty party. i brought my car in and they laid out explicitly how the process would go. you agree for three hours of trouble shooting to find the problem and then options are presented. unfortunately it wasn’t the sunroof and it did take a bit longer that i had hoped for to find the problem. they took pictures and a video to show me a weird hole tucked away on the passenger side. allan gave me two options, one more expensive than the other and i chose one and it seems to have fixed the problem. they dried my car over a night and a day and i haven’t had a problem since. then they went beyond anything i expected and cleaned my carpets and waxed my car and then they gave me a mug. little things that make a huge difference.
if you need body work done, these guys are super friendly and will walk you through your options. i found them to be an excellent business and would gladly go there again.

I went onto the ICBC website after I had gotten rear ended at a crosswalk and at first I was okay with settling privately but than when I went to Over Seas Auto body in Surrey I felt very uncomfortable because of how unprofessional there service was, my contract with the other person was a note on a blank note pad that he had photocopied and given to me, but enough about them this isn’t a bad review about Over Seas auto body but a EXCELLENT! review for Pender Autobody … I was sitting at work looking for places to fix my car in the Downtown Vancouver area so I emailed a few different shops with some questions about courtesy cars and too see if they were ICBC accredited and Hung from Pender Auto body was the only one from the few shops I emailed that actually took the time to answer and reply to all my questions and emails.
I went there on Saturday to give my car for repair and they hooked me up with a 2013 Mazda 6 as a courtesy car with a full tank of gas for my convenience.
They finished fixing my car in a couple of days but I wasn’t able to go back and switch cars until the following Friday and they were so patient and friendly and didn’t harass me to bring the car back.
When I saw my car I was so shocked at how new it looked, they even touched up some scratches on the front of my car and detailed it. Can you believe it I have never been to a auto body shop where they actually clean your car for you inside and out.
Also they provide you with a life time warranty as long as you own your car!
And to top it all off they gave me a really cool mug and not the cheap kind either.

Having had some awful luck in the last few years with our vehicles [my husband’s car got side-​swiped by a semi, and then my car got hit by a foreign tourist turning left from the middle lane as I was driving straight in the far left lane… and then most recently, i got rear-​ended (first of a 3-​car pileup)] we felt so defeated!
But every time we brought our cars in to Pender Auto Body to get repaired, we were always comforted by their friendly, genuine customer service. Because Hung and Alan are so knowledgeable with their car parts and repairing techniques, they made it very easy for us to understand what had happened and what had to be done to fix the problems.
They went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of and on top of that, with their efficient turn-​around time, our vehicles looked as good as new when they were done! They will always be my #1 recommendation for an auto body repair shop.

These guys are amazing! I had a leak in a used land rover I just purchased. They showed me what they were going to do to diagnose where the leak was coming from, and how much it would cost. When they found the leak they called me to let me know about what they found, and then gave me two options for fixing it. Obviously 1 option was a lot cheaper than the standard obvious repair — and that was really appreciated! Through the whole process they were friendly, funny, honest, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!
