Business Owner
Prior to ownership I had 16 yrs experience managing shoe stores for two different national chains in three provinces. But managing and owning are very different as you have to pick out and budget a selection that hopefully will sell. Although, the biggest challenge is always to inspire the front line staff to give the same level of customer service as I would. The biggest reward is seeing customers loving their new purchase!
