Love this location, as they have the best selection of Timbits and everything is always fresh & tasty! Very comfortable as the location is quite large and open 24-​hrs. as well, so very convenient.

New location opened in the Kerrisdale area. It’s not as busy as the other locations. It is small. Now you have a Starbucks and a Tims. I personally prefer Tim’s coffee if I really need coffee that is. Good customer service. Seating is limited and the demographic likes to hang out, therefore, don’t expect them to move anytime soon.

Honestly the nicest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been in. I was in Kerrisdale looking for a quick bite and a drink and didn’t want to pay for Cob’s or Starbucks and so decided to give up… until I walked by Kin’s and was pleasantly surprised. There’s a Timmy’s here??? Since when!!! Went in and really liked the layout of the place and the materials they chose. It was definitely the most modern looking Timmy’s I’ve been in.
Service was great. There were two people in front of me and the cashiers got through them quickly. I ordered my stuff and waited for my tea which came quickly.
The closest Tim Hortons to this one would probably be the one in Dunbar so this is definitely a nice addition to the neighborhood.
