If you’re downtown and the Bentall center happens to be open, I find these guys way more reasonable for xeroxing needs than Staples, especially since I’ve been making my holiday recipe book and other holiday cards lately. Customer service is friendly and although the staff is young they seem to have more experience dealing with orders than some at Staples. I would hope so since Bentall center is an office building which more or less has a lot of professional clients.

I’ve been to this location several times to print out resumes from my email. Everyone who works here is quite nice but the lovely man behind the printing desk is always pleasant and super helpful, and even patient when I pick out which paper I wanted. Both times I printed resumes he wished me good luck after I paid which is a nice added touch.
And yep, I got a job after my first day of hitting the streets! Maybe the extra «good luck» helped :)

Popped in here to see if they had any of the papermate solid pink write for hope pens. I am obsessed with them and their writing abilities and I haven’t seen them around in stores as of late. Aaand this location was no different. Insert sad face.
HOWEVER a lovely gentleman came to my rescue and looked up the product code and then looked it up on the internets and ordered me all the pens I can handle.
I love customer service. I love these pens. What a great day.
Oh yeah this place also sells other things — you know like paper and binders and high lighters and there is also a copy center. If you don’t suffer from this same obsession I do.

Tucked away underground in Bentall III, I guess it’s for the convenience of the office towers above. They are small, and have only a few choices of each category, but seem to cover the bases pretty well.
A few years ago, when Post-​It Index Cards came out (they stick to other things, but not to each other, so you can shuffle them!), Stapes didn’t carry them but Grand & Toy did. This small location had it, too! I was so excited! They didn’t have it anymore. Just the regular Post-​Its. Oh well.
They also have a copy & print centre.
