I get flowers from Michael regularly and he never ceases to impress me with the combinations he puts together. He asks you what you want and even when you don’t know what you want, he will put a lot of thought and care to make a beautiful bouquet for you.

I work abroad and can only visit my girlfriend once every 3 months or so. Michael greeted me warmly as i walked through the door and asked me what the occasion was. After hearing that this is a surprise, he went out of his way to make the best bouquet i have ever purchased. Michael put a lot of thought and creativity into his arrangement, ensuring that his creation has my girlfriend’s favourite colour theme. Upon learning that i had traveled quite a bit to get flowers from him, he offered me a lift to save me a 30 min bus ride.
Michael is now my go to florist in the city. I’ll travel the distance next time for flowers just from Michael because in addition to quality arrangements, i will also get genuine sincere human connection.

Made a quick stop here after finding the store through Unilocal on our way back from Whistler. I needed to pick up something for an employee who’s father had just passed away. When I walked in, I met the owner Michael, explained what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. I was able to watch in amazement as he took my color suggestions and just whizzed through making the perfect bouquet in about 5 minutes time!
I couldn’t believe the size or beauty of the arrangement he put together for $ 25. Plus Michael gifted me with a little cactus for my very own.
I’ve passed his card on to my husband for all of his future floral needs. Will definitely be returning!

Flowers by Michael delivered an absolutely beautiful bouquet of roses to friends on a cruise ship docked at the Vancouver harbor. White roses that Michael had to get special per our request. And he did it that afternoon for next day morning delivery. Other florists that I called wouldn’t even deliver to the ship; Michael did it on time and beautifully. He went the extra mile that made the difference! Highest recommendation and a big thank you to Michael’s.

Michael did the flowers for our wedding and he did an incredible job! We wanted something very simple, and he enhance our expectation. I believe that more you want simple more it difficult to make it very beautiful butMichael did it!!! And for my bouquet it was the same simple but INCREDIBLE I got many compliments for it about the choice of the light color and how delicate it was! (light roses color and baby breath).

I came here to purchase flowers for my mom’s birthday after receiving beautiful bouquets for Valentines and my own birthday. I cannot rave enough about Michael’s customer service, he is so kind and patient. I told him my budget and what colours I liked and he created such a beautiful bouquet for my mom– he truly is an artist! I would definitely recommend him, he is the best! I live next door and always walk by this adorable little flower shop. I had been hearing how amazing the prices can be for such great flowers and plants.
I walked by one day and saw an adorable potted cactus (I have a black thumb), and I just had to get it. It was a pretty, modern yellow pot, and the pot plus plant only cost $ 10. A very good deal.
The best part? The lovely gentleman who rang me up (maybe Michael?), was kind enough to forgive my cell phone rudeness (Mom was gabbing and I couldn’t stop her), and after silently helping me buy the plant he handed me with a smile a beautiful little wrapped bundle of wild flowers! It truly brightened my day.
I think they handle special events like weddings and birthdays, probably Valentine’s Day. I would go back to them in a heart beat both because they’re affordable and their service was simply awesome.

I called Michael from Edmonton to make plans for a few floral arrangements for a bridal shower that I was hosting in Vancouver. Michael was professional, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He also knew what was appropriate for the event. Michael was also very efficient with his time, and was able to complete 5 beautiful arrangements within the afternoon. The price for the arrangements were also very reasonable compared to some places (esp. in downtown Vancouver), and he even decorated the vases that I provided to add that extra touch of classiness. If you need a dependable florist who has a good eye, and will actually execute with an arrangement that will represent you well, Michael is for you because I was here in person to witness all this. Will not use anyone else.
