Helping women develop the confidence they need to chase their dreams, whether they want to get crazy-strong, run a marathon, or have the energy to change the world.
Using a variety of functional training methods, I structure sessions and programs in a way that’s unique to each individual client and their goals. There’s no such thing as cookie-cutter programs here! My goal is that you leave each session feeling better than when you arrived, with a super-charged mindset that’s ready to take on the world.
My experience in long-distance running has also led me to work with many recreational runners in the downtown area. Whether you’re running for fun, to complete your first long-distance race, or to set a new personal record, I can help you stay strong and injury-free in the process.
