Established in 2004.

As a former Nurse, I have shifted my focus to the front end of the health continuum, as a Coach and Personal Trainer. I get people stronger and healthier, teaching them functional movements, which enhance their lives.

Brian S.

Business Owner

Brian Scott has an extensive background in plyometrics, functional fitness and athletic training. Brian has competed for over 20 years in road racing and distance cycling events. Brian comes from a Nursing background, and shifted careers to Personal Training out of a great need to help people prevent illness and stay healthy from a pro-​active perspective. His medical training brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to his Personal Training and Coaching skills. Brian’s clients benefit greatly from his extensive knowledge base.

Diet, lifestyle and yes, exercise are the key components in achieving optimum health. Integrating them in a systematic process is what I have trained over the years under the tutelage of the best trainers and coaches in North America.
