Best coffee shop ever. Service is awesome, and the coffee is sublime.

I was in Toronto for a month earlier this year and in every city you need a regular coffee spot. Walking down Dundas West I found this little gem and I couldn’t stay away. Every morning it was part of my regular routine and if you are visiting the city or live in the neighborhood this it a must stop coffee spot. It is very small with only one table but the atmosphere is great. The staff are wonderful and within a week they had my order down pat… Their prices are very reasonable and their coffee top notch. I haven’t even gotten to their wonderful latte but it is delicious. One thing I wish I had picked-up is a tee-shirt before I left. I wouldn’t normally buy a shirt from a coffee shop but I love sugar skulls and that’s what is on the tee. Great design to go with great staff and coffee.

If I want a good cup of coffee, a smile, a chat, a warm welcome — I’m coming down to see Tenille. Tucana is sweetness, coziness. Can’t beat it!

Coffee was bland. Worse than that, it was watery. Super hipster crowd, not at all my scene — seemed all about appearances — anyone can make a latte look nice, but shouldn’t it still taste more like coffee than water? Not recommended.

Best cup in the neighbourhood. This place is a welcome addition in an area that was a bit starved of quality coffee. They use beans from Pilot, so if you’re a fan of places like Crafted(love that place) or Te Aro you’ll like it here. It’s a cozy little spot with great service.

Tenille is so lovely, this place is a gem. Great coffee, service and décor! Try the cortado.

Small, friendly café serving very good to excellent third wave coffee with Pilot beans. About as good as Te Aro on Queen, Crafted on Ossington and the Sam James cafes, and certainly the best I’ve had in Toronto west of Ossington besides Capital in Parkdale. Friendly service. Given the rarity of their product(I continue to find good third wave brews surprisingly thin on the ground in Toronto), this little shop will only get busier and busier. Would recommend 5⁄5 on those days(most days) when I can’t get to Lombard Street for my favourite coffee of all at Fahrenheit.
