Don’t bother asking for them to gift wrap any present. The(very good) books I found were dropped into a brown paper bag with an unfortunate logo that looks like women’s breasts. One sheet of dark tissue paper and the bag was tied with a very few inches of ribbon. I went home and re-wrapped it because it looked like something the postie would drop, with no return address, through your mail slot, rather than something I wanted to give to a six-year-old boy.

Great shop! I went because i heard they had good priced balloons — they were cheaper than going to the dollar store thats right by them Really nice owners, had only gone in to get balloons and ended up getting my niece a gift!

I stumbled upon this toy store by accident and I’m glad I did. My little nephew has been saying choo choo for the past few days and we didn’t have any train toys for him to play with and I walked into The Swag Sisters Toy Store hoping to find some train toys for my little nephew. Guy who owns the store with his wife was very helpful in helping me find some train toys and related accessories for my little nephew. Like other posters have mentioned they are very honest, knowledgeable and patient. The store has a fair selection of toys that are reasonably priced from what I saw but what sets them apart is the service. If your looking for knowledgeable, friendly staff that doesn’t try to upsell you on the most expensive toys then this is the toy store your looking for.

This is a toy store with a heart. They have a great selection of toys that are hand made and there are loads of other options that you will not find in just any other toy store. The staff(Erin) clearly love being there. My wife and I make a point of shopping there because finding a new toy is hard enough with out getting pressure from sales staff. Theare very knowledgable about what works for every age group.

Buying presents for my children here is always a treat — so much more relaxing then shopping big box. Owners Erin and Guy take the time to talk about the toys your considering and give honest advice. They’re also very patient and warm with flurry of children who are always there. They wrap presents too — that takes a load off my plate as I’m always ‘mummy in a hurry’. Love having this store in our neighbourhood and these two great people running it!

This place is small, but has shelves packed with toys, games, crafts and books for every age group — AND budget. Eco-friendly, culturally diverse, handmade options are abundant and they have ice cream! and balloons! The staff are friendly and helpful — I popped in just before closing and never felt rushed. in fact, I was offered the option of free gift wrapping. Touches like that make a shopping experience in my opinion. completely deserving of all of these 5 star ratings.

My go-to toy store. I love that the Swag Sisters opened up less than 1 year ago and the selection cannot be beat. Friendly owners, awesome toys, great prices. :) Ice cream is served here! Fabulous toys.
