Ok ok… let’s get the puns out of the way — it’s neat to go to Neat; Neat is neat!
A cute store with a variety of of items in a good range of prices. Kinda like Bed Bath and Beyond and Kitchen Stuff Plus type of items, but don’t fret there are plenty of unique things inhere as well to pick up for yourself or as a gift.

Great little place for odds and ends you didn’t know you needed. I’m not one to come here for anything specific but find myself popping in for a browse whenever I walk by. Sometimes practical items, but mainly the odd little treat for my home.
Lots of Umbra and Kitchen Stuff Plus type items, but some unique items as well. Lots of great knick knacks to help you stay clean and organized. God knows I need all the help I can get.

I stop by this place whenever I walk by because I’m just a sucker for this kind of stuff. I almost never have to go in because I actually need anything, but I’m always walking out with something. It usually doesn’t end up being quite as useful as I originally envisioned it when I bought it, but they’ve definitely got an interesting selection of stuff.
I agree that the staff isn’t super helpful, but I guess for me I’m more of a quiet shopper.

I just had some pretty bad customer service from this place.
They sold me a product that simply doesn’t work how it’s supposed to. It was an over-​the-​door hanger for iron and ironing board. It was crooked, and didn’t hang over the door how it looked in the photo. I couldn’t even close the door once I had installed it.
They told me I couldn’t return it because it was on sale when I bought it, which means that it was final sale. But, the product actually doesn’t work how it should. It was either defective or broken or simply poorly manufactured.
So they sold me something that doesn’t work, and wouldn’t let me exchange it. Essentially they weren’t willing to stand behind the (inferior) product they sold me.
I just left the product there with the staff, since it’s completely useless.

I love this place! Very cute and funky! Despite what a previous commentator experienced, I had exceptional customer service from the lovely staff.
Worth checking out.

This store has a ton of useful and beautiful products but unfortunately the service was what I’ve come to expect when I’m shopping on Queen St — nearly non-​existent. I was not offered help until I asked for it and even when I did I was given half-​hearted and inaccurate suggestions. For example, when I asked if they carried hanging fruit baskets, I was told «Well we have this spice rack…» The service was definitely not terrible but simple help with a smile goes a long way.

I am going to write this whole review without using the word «neat.»
I downsized a couple of moths ago to an apartment ¹⁄₃ the size of my old one and lack of storage is a huge problem. Why didn’t I go here sooner??? It can be pricey if you want to buy more than a few items, and some things are just way too expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a few things that didn’t cost too much! It is also a fun place to just have a look around.
Need shoe storage? Buy the shoe pockets that hang on the back of a door (I couldn’t find them anywhere else). Or how about one that slides under your bed? I also bought a really cool adjustable seatbelt material strap that fixes to the top and bottom of a door, with all these hooks hanging from it. You can by the little storage containers that attach to the hooks but I didn’t want to go overboard. And there is a hangers section at the back where I must have spent a whole five minutes just staring before I finally snapped out of it and bought one that hangs four pairs of pants.
I must say say I was quite proud of myself after looking around my place last night and seeing nothing squished somewhere or on the floor. It is a great place to help you address some storage issues with fun and cool items, but also perfect for general home items and gifts. Will definitely go here again.

Neat does have a lot of neat things for home, office and kitchen.
Stylish, Simple and Functional…
Some of little organizers and gadgets which I like and I might need are around $ 10 so not too outrageous for pricing…

What a NEAT store! Lots of home organization things as well as unique items for the home. I found that generally most things were a little over priced, but at least there was selection and variety. It seemed liked too may people were working at the time for such a small store and not one of them said hi even though I was the only one in the store.
Overall, cool store but I don’t think I will be walking in again unless they have a sale on.

Fun to look at and you can get some cool stuff if you keep an eye on the prices. Some of the stuff is ridiculously expense (like a $ 200 hook to put on the wall to hold coats) but other stuff is really handy. I picked up a long oven mit that keeps your arms covered when reaching deep into the oven. I’ve also gotten some great make-​up storage containers for the bathroom.

If I ever get married, I sure wouldn’t mind getting registered here. That is to say, I like a lot of the stuff here and get a lot of inspiration but the prices I find are pretty high. For example, I don’t know if I’m ready to pay $ 800 for a three drawer plastic and metal end table (see photos). Anyway, lots of kitchen/​laundry/​closet/​storage ideas. Really, if you own a one bedroom condo and you’re not a tight wad like me (I’m a strategic tight wad), this place is a dream.

Home storage and organizing solutions galore. They carry many of the popular brands like Umbra. This is the place to come after you’ve bought you Ikea furniture and you need bins and organizers for the drawers and shelves. All of the products are very modern and range from inexpensive to outrageous.

Tons of home organizing stuff most are simple and affordable. It’s all high design, lots of metal and plastic. A good stop for someone outfitting a home and trying not to clutter it with too much stuff.
