Simply put, our owner, David Greensmith, is a great chef. He is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his works and says:

«At some of the restaurants I worked at, the manager would make a fuss when a celebrity came in. But I always wondered: ‘Why not treat everybody that way?’»

To become the best, David achieved the Red Seal certification, an industry standard of high excellence. David is also highly active in fitness training and has overcome the struggles of making healthy eating part of a busy life.
