This place sucks. You should only go here if your only other option is washing your clothes yourself… in urine.

The Asian lady who owns this place is a really nice person. She has great prices and the work done is excellent!

Decently priced, with on-time service. I really don’t have anything negative to say about them. They’re a good neighbourhood dry cleaning service. The items came back clean and pressed. The folks I interacted with were pleasant and to the point. I’d use them again.

After a few months of going here… I am quite disappointed. The last order came in with yet another shirts that were torn at the elbow this after previous order having that too. I am quite unhappy as you can imagine. I got told straight up that I brought it like that… But I don’t see why they dry cleaned it if it came in like that… This time around I am not going back. Time to find a new place. Too bad this one was so convenient… But at 50 $shirts… I think this is getting too expensive even for the convenience.

I could not possibly imagine why there would be any bad reviews on here. I have been going here for a month now, with only AMAZING experiences. possibly the sweetest young ladies on the planet. I find the pricing fair and timing fairly efficient. Then again, I didn’t ask for things to be delivered to my door, or rip the same item of clothing 3 times without realizing it may just not fit!!! Keep up the great work ladies, see you Wednesday with a few suits!

Decided to try this place today and definitely should have read the reviews first! I went in to have the zipper fixed on my size 2 skirt and was told by two clerks that it would cost $ 2 – 3 simply to repair the loose stitching, and $ 10 if they needed to replace it. I was happy with the price and the long business hours so I went ahead. When I went to pick it up it was clear the stitching was repaired and zipper not replaced, yet I was charged $ 9. An incredibly rude woman came out of the back and said it’s not easy to fix a zipper, that she should be charging me $ 15 and then tried to up the price on me again! Then she got mad at me when she lost the original receipt with the $ 9 price. I don’t usually write reviews, but this woman was terrible and service so bad. To top it off the zipper broke again when I got home so clearly it was not repaired properly in the first place. Save your money and go two doors down to Classy Drycleaners. You pay up front, service is good and reliable.

A lot of people on this site have complained about the customer service and they are right. Down-right rude! I dropped off some stuff for cleaning and requested it be delivered home(They advertise free pick-up and delivery). I gave my credit card to pay and the lady behind the counter immediately ran my card and went to the back of the store to inform someone that i want the item dropped off home. The other lady comes out and very rudely says that it will take time and she does not know when she will deliver. She said she will only deliver the next time she is around my neighborhood. I said that was fine. Once she realized i was ok with that, she backed out saying that she cant deliver just one item even though i paid over $ 20 to get it cleaned. She went on about how she was the cheapest and she will not deliver just one item. I did not want to argue and told her i would go some place else. She then tells me that the transaction has been processed and she cant issue a refund. I just let it go and said she should go ahead and clean it and I will come pick it up. These people lack basic customer service. All she had to do was tell me that i did not have the minimum spend to get free delivery and I would have been fine. The rude behavior and drama was uncalled for. Not going back there again.

«Katrine» who does the alterations, seems to have no idea how to put a zipper on a pair of pants. I had a brand new pair of Miss Sixty jeans, never worn because the original flimsy plastic zipper broke when I put them on and zipped them up. I’m a size 6 and not overweight by the way. I took it to Mr & Mrs Dry Cleaners twice and Karine repaired the zipper instead of replacing it — twice. It broke a third time(again just while simply zipping them up), and when I took it back recently she finally put a metal zipper on it. I had asked for a metal zipper the first time, but she had said it wasn’t necessary. She then said I owed her $ 13.00. Really? For what? Fixing something she should have done in the first place. I refused to pay that amount and asked for a discount for the time and effort and previous amounts of money spent on fixing the zipper by her hands(about $ 6.00). She became very irate and said over and over«no discount», «you should have came in when it broke last year». Um, I did. After much back and forth arguing, she aggressively took the pants and took the zipper out! I was shocked at her behaviour, but more so at the sight of the zipper… an ugly brown zipper that looked already well worn. I left with my pants and took them to another alteration outfit. Katrine has no customer relation skills, and no sense of what is right and wrong. Apparently she is the owner of this particular Mr & Mrs Drycleaners. and that’s why she is so nasty in her behavior, and lets the blonde lady usually do the talking.

Great service, excellent prices and always served with a smile and they now know me so I don’t need to spell my name or give my phone number!
