Really nice couple runs this place; I’ve been going there for 5 years, haven’t had a single problem with their service or my garments. Would recommend!

BADCUSTOMERSERVICE! LOUSYWORK! STAYAWAY! I needed my pants to be stitched because of a rip and I regretted it! I asked them to fix it so the rip is less visible and closed. They said it would take 3 days to fix it, which I had no problem with but after seeing the results, I don’t know why they needed all those days! They ended up «patching» the hole but the job was very poorly done. They ended up making it worse and the rip looked more visible! I told them that I was not satisfied with the work that was done. It just looked like they stitched another slab of pants underneath the hole and claimed it was fixed. They didn’t even stitch up the actual rip! There was also no use arguing with them. They couldn’t care less how it was done and just kept defending their lousy work! They even said that everybody that came there was happy but after reading the reviews, people clearly was not! I will never go back to this place again. I should have read the reviews before coming to this place. I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star.

DONOTGOHERE. Bottom line. I read the previously written poor reviews, however thought that perhaps I would give them a chance regardless — which was my mistake, and I will not be going back here again. I dropped off a beautiful(and sadly, very expensive) silk shirt for dry cleaning, and had it returned with tears along the seam and the silk pulled in multiple areas. When I showed this to Mr. Lee, he told me it was impossible that they caused this and that it was from wear and tear. I had only worn the shirt twice prior, and obviously did NOT drop it off in this condition. In the end, it was a struggle to be reimbursed for the cost of the«dry cleaning» and he refused to admit that they caused the damage to my clothing. Again, I will not be going back.

Prices are inexpensive, and 90% of the time shirts are drycleaned ok. Twice now they have ruined an item, and their response is always that the stains were there before, its impossible for them to stain anything. I disagree, so he days sue me. I say what about my repeat business? He says he doesn’t care. Now it just isn’t worth the savings, when shirts have to be replaced, or the annoyance of a man who’s out to do a poor job and deny it.

I live in the building above this dry cleaners. Every time I go, there are always people coming in and out, so I assumed that it must have been good. I’ve had good experiences — which means the job got done and nothing got ruined — but twice now they’ve damaged my clothing. The first time was a jcrew trench coat. The buckles are completely ruined, like the trench coat was put into a machine machine. The leather is coming off the buckles. The second time, a jcrew skirt came back to me looking okay, until I realized that they didn’t hang the skirt on the hanger with the loops inside the skirt, they had used two pins to pin it on. causing there to be holes in the skirt. Note: this is a high waisted skirt, and the holes are small but very visible. I wanted to like them, and I really wanted to use them because of how close I live, but don’t do it. It’s not worth it.
