O’sho Dry Cleaners

I tried this place out for my first time and will NEVER EVER go back.
I took a white work dress in to get cleaned. I told the girl that i want to have the yellow armpit stains removed and asked her to add a note (It was not my first time to have that dress dry cleaned). I went back today to pick up my dress and noted that those yellow stains are still there! The girl said that they can’t remove those stains! She charged me $ 20.23 for doing nothing!
This place is a RIP OFF and going there is a BIG MISTAKE!

I just tried this place out and it is a RIP OFF!
I took two work dresses in to get cleaned last week. When she handed me the receipt it said the cost was approximately $ 18. Then I went to pick up my dresses today and she said the cost was double! I was like huh? She said she forgot to ring in two dresses the first time and showed me the receipt. I was like…“you charge $ 18 per dress to clean???”. She said yes, well it depends on the length. These dresses are knee length not ball gowns. Then a gentleman that worked there came out and said yes this is what we charge.
I have been living in and around the city for years, and have never paid that much for dry cleaning.
Needless to say I will NOT be going back at all! Hopefully they will be out of business soon!

One time I brought a very expensive designer dress-​up shirt to this place more for convenience because this place is underneath my condo for a simple dry clean. BIG MISTAKE.
The owner said he gave it to the wrong person and was completely rude. I was so upset because the shirt was Gucci and he was not professional at all. Quote «it’s just a shirt».
I was always skeptical in going to these small unknown places but I thought I would give it a chance and I learned my lesson.
Just be careful. I know it’s cheap and fast, but professionally they don’t care if they screw you over and this was dealing with the OWNER himself.
