Established in 2006.

Born and raised in a small town of ~5000 people (Tim Hortons just arrived a few years ago), I have lived in Toronto since 1991 and provide small town hospitality with big city results.

Years of competing in sports have provided me with an amazing work ethic. I pride myself in possessing the 4D’s — desire, drive, dedication and determination. Regardless of the situation, I always give 110%. That is easy to do when you love what you do. And anyone who has met me knows that I love real estate and helping clients.

Be warned: I do have a tendency to subject clients to my sense of humour during some meetings and outings. Real estate is serious business, but who says you can’t add a sprinkle of fun?

If I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me:

— at the gym

— watching UFC (yes, I’m a fan)

— scooting around the city (its fun to be a scooterista)

— biking (weather permitting)

— dancing (when I think no one’s watching)

— visiting open houses (even on my days off, I want to stay in the loop)
