I started being involved in Real Estate in the Toronto Area in 2001. That’s when I bough my first home: a semi-detached fixer upper in the Beach for $ 170,000…That’s right… I said $ 170,000! I renovated it and sold it less the a year later for almost $ 100,000 more!
That was the beginning of my «Flipping» career, eventually the fixer upper market became quite competitive and it became harder and harder to find a good deal to flip. So I started a Home Renovation business, focusing on renovating old century homes. I was a member of Bild (Building Industry and Land Development Association) and a Renomark contractor.
Over the years, with the help of a Realtor friend of mine, I helped many happy clients find properties to fix and stay or fix and sell.
In 2010 I decided to hang up my tool belt and start a new career as a Real Estate Agent. Being used to provide quality results and excellent service, I decided to join Re/Max Hallmark.
