Since 2009 we have been baking for Toronto’s BEST events. Our specialty cupcake flavours are inspired by the tastes of favourite desserts. We also work with clients to create custom flavours and we specialize in custom branding.

Ahead of the trends, CutiePie is proud to be Downtown Toronto’s first specialty cupcake company of its kind. We survive by word of mouth because our cupcakes speak for themselves.

Business Owner

Melanie Abdilla, founder and CEO of CutiePie Cupcakes & Co, started the company in 2009 becoming both a leader and an innovator in the Toronto cupcake scene. Her unrelenting passion, motivation and perseverance have led this self-​taught baker to become recognized across the city for her notorious little treats.

Really great, prompt service and my family loved the Triple Choclate Mousse. I called Melanie at noon one day for a small batch of cupcakes to surprise my family with. They ate it all up. Thanks for the quick turn around, Melanie! I’ll be sure to mention you to friends and co-​workers when they ask for local cupcakes :)

These cupcakes are beautiful, delicious and made with love. The icing and toppings are killer!

Oh, looks like I’m the first review, cool!
I had Cutiepie cupcakes at a work event recently. To be honest, there were other places I was more keen on ordering cupcakes from in the city. But I needed them to be delivered, and Cutiepie offered a flexible delivery service. I dont think this place has a storefront-​I did not see an address on their website or facebook page.
We had the ‘little cutie tray’ order of 55 mini-​cupcakes, 2 flavours (which came to $ 110 without tax). They were festivley decorated (it was Halloween) in orange and beige. the orange-​iced cupcakes had sugar sprinkled on them. I’d say they tasted… like a good cupcake, but nothing spectacular. The beige ones were definitley more tasty-​they had flakes of caramel shards stuffed in the icing. Popping one of these into my mouth was a tasty treat.
Then I popped about 4 more in after that! Haha, I love my desserts!
Overall, I would give this place a good rating for delivery and service. I did think they were on the pricier side ($ 100 on cupcakes?! whoa). As well, I was really, really hoping for some different flavoured cupcakes! I absolutely love the creativity that can go into a little cupcake, so I was a tad disappointed Cutiepie didn’t offer more.
Oh I should mention, the cupcakes themselves were ADORABLE to look at (see attached picture). Almost too good to eat… almost.
