Founded by a group of friends who wanted to create a site that gave users much greater insight into the market along with better transparency into the sales history of Toronto Condos. By 2015 we had the largest Condo Directory in Canada and help hundreds of Canadians find their dream home.

Ahren L.

Business Owner

Partner & Chief Technical Officer; The «Wizard» of Oz

Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, Ahren joined his brother Carl in getting an IT degree at Bond University before moving to Canada in 2003. After completing his Hons degree in Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, he partnered with Carl and Andrew to launch Con​dos​.ca. As the CTO, Ahren is the guy behind the curtain, making it all work. His motto: «If it’s broken, I can fix it. And if it’s not broken, I can still make it better.» In the summer, Ahren spends a lot of his time in Muskoka, where he and his family have been building their dream off-​grid cottage.
