The help I received was a bit frustrating. I guess I wasn’t as young or pretty as the previous reviewer but he was looking at a problem with my computer and said there was something major that had to be done. In comes a pretty girl who interrupts and tells him how her adapter isn’t working again. He immediately leaves me and starts helping her. I stood there feeling stupid and said, «Should I come back later??» He looked like he was caught in the act of something and said, «Oh yeah, do you want the new part? Twenty dollars.» And then he went right back to attending to the other girl. So I don’t know what the «major problem was. He didn’t care. I packed up my stuff, threw down my money and left knowing I would never go back.

I popped in here because it was super close to my house, but Jay was so friendly and reassuring with my broken computer! He’s just moved onto College (he used to be on Dundas at Brock) and his place is not really visible from the street. But he’s worth seeking out! And he’s open till 7 on weeknights, so it’s easy to stop in after work.
