So I did something bad that most people have had the urge to do at some point in their lives. I was having a technology challenged day and smacked my computer. Hard. Then black screen of death. Not my finest moment ha!
I’m so happy with the service the owner provided. Ahmad is very professional and trustworthy. He explains everything clearly. I had my computer with a new hard drive in the next day, at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Ahmad Zehour is a fantastic technician and personable guy. He fixed my laptop while i waited and cleaned the screen and the keyboard too. Now it smells like lavender. He educated me about a few different things while I watched and learned from the master. I plan on taking my desktop there next week before I go away so he can do a complete overhaul and give me a new video card and camera for Skype. maybe. you should too.

Guy was nice. I guess it was expected that I’d get ripped off since computer repair services are overpriced.
My laptop came with an extra dent on top of the hard-​drive slot, which I really did not appreciate. He was nice though, and was helpful.
If knowledge of computers is limited and your hard drive dies, need to replace ram or your machine is infected with a virus, and your friends and family members also have limited knowledge that they cannot help you, I think this is a decent place.
I went because I suspected my hard drive died and I had not backed up documents onto my other laptop. For a diagnostic and for retrieving my data (apparently free of charge) was $ 50 plus tax. I think it was over-​priced, but I guess that is the business.
So overall:
— the gentleman (I believe his name was Amed, my spelling is probably ignorantly wrong. :-/​) was resourceful
— for what he did, cost was overpriced
— the dent in the laptop unaccounted for
I don’t recommend going here. Information is readily available these days, I encourage using wikipedia or google to read up on computer repairs or ask a family member or friend; parts are reasonably cheap on amazon, newegg, dhgate, even factory direct or bestbuy (very rarely bestbuy or futureshop), or ebay if you are patient, and save on 100 bucks. Or maybe there is actually a store that offers off the market fair price that I have not yet seen.

Excellent, fast and friendly service, knowledgeable staff, affordable prices. What else can you ask for? Loved this shop, I’ll never go anywhere else, my old laptop’s hard drive crashed and died and had to be replaced, Ahmed did it in one day and altogether with labor only cost me $ 160 !!! Laptop has been working like new for a month now, everything was perfectly set up.
As of March 2015, laptop still working perfectly fine!!!

Ahmad is honest, diligent and knowledgeable. Stayed late to help me get things done quick and gave me really good advice, even talking me out of buying things from him that I didn’t really need. Best shop I’ve been to with great prices.

I had viruses on my computer thanks to Ma Bell. Took it to Best Buy and they wanted $ 200.00. Called one other pc guy and he wanted $ 140.00. Ahmed here was extremelly helpful with all my questions and he only charged me $ 89.00. Needless to say I have found my new computer tech !

They provide good customer service here. Expect to be Informed by the knowledgeable technician here. The customer service here is what really sets them apart from other computer stores that are short, abrupt and rude on the phone or in person. The prices are very competitive and they use grade A quality parts to fix your computer, Not the cheaper grade B or C versions. The turnaround time is excellent and their timelines are accurate. This will be where I will always get my computer fixed from now on. Ahmed here is a lifesaver!

A2Z PC Service located on Dundas at Bloor is a modest computer repair store. They have helped me out a couple of times with my laptop and have provided me with both excellent computer repair and customer service. Actually they were life savers for me. Viruses infected my laptop like it was bitten by a dirty diseased monkey and A2Z PC were my own personal Dustin Hoffman. The prices are reasonable and within market value as far as I know. I would say I am not very technology/​computer savvy. I am in somewhere in between the scope of Derek Zoolander and Johnny Mnemonic. A2Z PC kept my laptop from overheating, being consumed by viruses and running out of power and I am very thankful and much obliged to them.

These are truly scary times to be surfing and I had virus issues with my laptop. I was able to leave it for a few hours with Ahmed and he resolved the virus issues and gave it a tune up. As he says virus protection is only 80% effective.
Nice service and they did what they said. Perfect, particularly compared with the ‘promises’ of some competitors./
