I was on the subway and there was this sketch bag weirdo pacing up and down. He was covered in filth and wearing a large blue backpack. He seemed disoriented and covered in filth. He got on at Bay Station but he was not the Bay Street type of guy. This guy was from the underbelly of society for sure AND he was coated in filth. Like on his forehead and everything! How does one get general filth all over their entire body? Anyway, of course he got off at Lansdowne station and I saw him sprint into this Coffee Time; like it was his home. I’m sure he shouted«sanctuary!» upon arrival cuz this Coffee Time is also coated in filth. I’m surprised that there were any reviews on this Coffee Time cuz I wonder why anyone would willingly enter this place when there are always itchy people shivering in the window waiting for their chance on that illegitimate slot machine. Lots of people who are clearly bonkers and coated in filth find solace in this place. I’m not even trying to be rude, I’m totally keeping it real here. This place is so nasty. 0 Stars!(I haaad to give one star by default)

There’s a positive correlation in Toronto between Coffee Time neighbourhood saturation and crime rates.

The Coffee Time at Bloor and Lansdowne wins the award for scariest donut shop experience in Toronto. It’s downright terrifying. Coffee Time in general is ‘bottom of the barrel’ but the location of this one makes it the ultimate. I’ve had to stop in to use the washroom mid-commute on more than one occasion — trust me when I say I was desperate — and each time there were characters of questionable stability loitering around the entrance or within its walls. The washrooms are quite a scary place — on one visit I actually found a pair of shit-stained jeans hanging out of the trash bin. Which led me to wonder, what kind of terrible situation was this person in that warranted removal of pants? Not to mention, what kind of situation made this person think that leaving the place pantless would be a more wise decision than wearing them at all?
