Tim Horton’s

Ok here we go. We come across this a lot in our world, yes sometimes we don’t get the service we want and want to just scream, however we must remember that behind that uniform is just another human being.
The thing that pissed me off the most was the fact that I was standing in line ALONE (meaning I was the only one, NO ONE ELSE IN LINE) for a good 1 min to 1 min and 30 seconds (which is a long time in the moment). There was only ONE person on cash and 2 other employees in the back (That I saw). So the one employee was already handling a customer and making a sandwich meanwhile the TWO cash registers have no employees on them. So im just standing there waiting to be serviced, and yes it is no one else’s fault but mine that I had to leave really quickly for school (I hadn’t given myself enough time). So I’m now waiting in line for almost 2 minutes and haven’t been serviced yet. Finally I had to make the decision to leave. Now I wouldn’t have been mad if there were TWO employees serving customers and if both of them were busy, but only having one employee on the floor is unreasonable to me! Please get it together. Bakers Dozen (a coffee shop that was previously where that Tim Hortons is now) had better service!

«Hm, maybe I’ll just grab a muffin and tea so I can snack on something as I browse through this RONA».
NO. FAIL. Your shopping partner will have found that obscure piece of hardware, paid for it, leafed through all the DIY books before coming back to find you still waiting for that stupid tea and muffin.
