Attached to Yonge Street Fitness, this tiny shop is packed full of wonderful health goodies. Catering to the gym-​goers and a few neighborhood health junkies, this place is perfect for a simple smoothie.
For $ 4.50 you can get a basic protein shake.
They charge a bit more for berries, bananas, etc.
Soy milk is available as well for a small additional charge.
This place is great if you don’t want to deal with meatheads.
The owner’s name is Cindy and she’s super nice and stands behind her products.
Body Fuels has a small collection of supplements, creatine, and protein powders. They carry Diesel New Zealand Whey Protein which I am totally addicted to. Cookies and cream is super delicious!
This store is too small to meet all my health product needs, but I’m happy to support this neighborhood shop and I’ll keep coming back!
