I took a rolled canvas in to have it stretched over a custom frame. She measured right in front of me, so she knew how much canvas she was working with. However, when I picked it up, there was a strip of black tape all the way around the outside edge of the canvas. I asked why, and she explained that the canvas didn’t fully wrap around the frame, so she had to «hide» it with tape. I was extremely disappointed that she A) built the wrong size frame, and B) went ahead and made this decision without calling me to discuss it. I hate the result, and I’m out $ 90.
