Burgers were great but the service was amazing. The folks working there were friendly and went beyond in helping with ordering to bringing everything out. All with a very positive attitude.

Again, great customer service and awesome burgers. Remember, there isn’t just the usual suspects for free, there’s fried onions, etc. Just awesome! Fatburger sucks in comparison. Small crispy fries… Love em’!!
Keep up the great food and customer service Vera’s Newton! Oh. wipe the tables when you get the chance.

Service was very good and friendly. Burger was fine, fries were a bit of a disappointment. The majority of the fries were short bits, not like a nice long fry. The booths are connected so when a kid sat behind me and bounced all over his booth I thought for a second I was on a simulator. Moved to the tall booth, super wobbly. Final settled on middle tall booth, a bit more stable. Paid $ 33 for two burgers, 1 fry, 1 onion ring, 1 drink. More than I want to pay for ok burgers, mediocre fries and booths. But service was good and friendly

This place was nice and friendly with good burgers that askes you what you want on it. They have a nice easy to read menus and inside is clean. They have 3 plasma tv to watch any game or show.
The place has fair prices for the burger you eat because its made with real patties and not frozen stuff.
Would come back here and will take a picture of my delish burger and fries.

holy crap that’s some good food! I got the G-​Money burger (two patties, cheese, mushrooms) and that’s probably the best beef patty I’ve had in the lower mainland! I will be back very soon for the wings!

The overwhelming smell of bleach really turned me off this place. I like the food, it’s pretty standard and massive but really wasn’t liking the vibe here. Friendly service of course.

but I can’t help to add a little more. –the place is clean, friendly, and helpful. and man… these BURGERS are to die for. try any one of the speciality burgers and you will not be disappointed! I can’t wait to be in this area again so I can get my eat on!
