Just like Crystal S. comment on getting the order wrong 3 out of 4 times is so true. I have been going to this particular McDonalds for the last 6 months and this time my «6 McNugget’s» had 4. The time before this my quarter pounder was supposed to have no onions and no pickles and ended up having both(This happens quite frequently). The time before that, chicken McNugget’s had only 5. Have had someone else’s order given to me in the drivethru multiple times. I only complained once and was offered a free apple pie(Which I did not take). The staff is always friendly however something must be wrong with this place to get so many things screwed up on a regular basis.

Staff are usually kind and efficient. Sadly they get my order wrong 3 out of 4 times. When I finally decided to say something there was no apology or an offer to replace the food that that was missing from my order. Pretty disappointing

Love this particular branch, staff is always greeting customers with a smile and the place is always clean and your orders are fast and fresh. Would wish that all of the franchises were more like this one.
