Business Owner

Rizwan Syed, the President of Final Check Home Inspections, is a fully licensed and certified Home Inspector. He is also an AHERA Certified Asbestos Inspector. Final Check Home Inspections is proud to have an A Rating by the Better Business Bureau. Rizwan has successfully completed his certification at BCIT and is qualified by the Applied Science Technology and Technician BC.

Rizwan Syed has had extensive experience and is very passionate about the housing industry. He practiced several years as an Architect and has designed numerous single family homes, town homes, duplexes, condos, commercial buildings, educational and industrial buildings. He worked with the UN as an urban planner on coastal development projects.
