Sean Lang L.

Business Owner

Sean is a Journeyman Roofer with an Inter-​Provincial (IP) Red Seal certification ticket in roofing and waterproofing, and is a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) accredited by the Roof Consultants Institute. He started his career in 1989 working as a labourer at a lower mainland roofing firm, working the gravel pile, running the kettle, applying roofing material, learning all the «ins and outs» and «tricks» roofers use. Sean worked his way up from there to becoming the President of Inter-​Provincial Roof Consultants Ltd.

During his career he worked on all types of roof systems, either as an applicator, or as a repair technician. He quickly became foreman of crews he worked on, providing in-​house quality assurance for the companies he worked for. With strong leadership qualities, calm demeanor, and the ability to find solutions quickly to almost any issue, he was able to apply the practical knowledge he gathered over his years of roofing to become an expert roof consultant.
