l live in surrey between the patula and alex fraser bridges. I recently purchased a Kangar Tech Topbox Mini, I was having problems with leakage. I brought it back to the shop I purchased it at and they told me that the settings were wrong and reset them. A day and half later same problem. Changed coil and was good for two days, same issue resurfaced. Thought I needed a new tank and coil. So I went out to Cloverdale Vapor Room were I met Wes. It was the best defcision I have made in my vape experience, Wes was extremely knowledgable about all the products and juices, He quickly and concisely identified my issue spent time educating me in my product and the use and care of my product purchased from a competitor, without cost or a purchase after about 45 minutes I left educated and happy with my product at no cost and no pressure to purchase anything. I had to reenter and purchase some juice just to acknowledge the time and effort WES spent on me, If You Want True Expert advice customer care without sales pressure PLEASE visit Cloverdalr Vapor Room. Recently I purchased a mini Ego One vapour unit several weeks ago when this week the battery would not hold a charge. I spoke to Wes to see if there was a new battery I could purchase when he told me there was none available for this unit. Wes was decent enough to offer me a new battery a bigger one at that with a small fee to make up the difference about $ 10 is all I was charged. I shop there for all my vapour products and love talking to Wes who is well versed in all he sells explaining the differences being I am fairly new with this whole vapour craze.
