Mmmm Tim Hortons. We had to stop by Tim Hortons again before our trip up to Whistler. Twice in 1 day, FTW! This time we bought a box for the weekend and yes, what a great idea. There’s just something about the coffee and the donuts. I personally like the stuffed maple donut. I also want to talk about the staff at this Tim Hortons. I had left my camera here and unfortunately left Canada and made it home to CA when I realized, my camera was not in my luggage and that the last time I used it was when I took a photo of the yummy donuts. I called and they said they had it and said they would hold it until I come back… uhh. that wasn’t going to be anytime soon. Fortunately, I was able to plan everything with UPS to pick it up and Mutuya, the manager, and the employees were very helpful in making sure everything worked out. SOTHANKYOU guys for mailing back my camera! I really appreciate it!

This place is a dunk in donuts meets burger king. Nothing spectacular. Maybe it would be okay for breakfast, but for lunch or dinner… I don’t usually eat a chicken sandwich w/a donut on the side???

Now that Squamish has grown so much there are many more options. There is nothing special about this location. I suppose that I come here out of tradition more than anything. 10 years ago it was one of the only places to eat en route to whistler. I would recommend just using the drive through if you are in a rush. The line moves slowly in the actual store. Same with Wendy’s

I normally love TH… but this one is garbage. This location is attached to a Wendy’s. The Coffee was burnt and tasted horrible… the hash browns were gross and the breakfast sandwich was ehhh at best. My friends had never been to a TH and were very unhappy that I took them here.

There are two Tim Hortons that I know of in Squamish, if you just want doughnuts go to this one. We first went to the other one that is by it self(Across from London Drugs) and left as the selection sucked. We love Tim Hortons and always get Timbits and a dozen of doughnuts whenever we are in Canada– they beat Krispy Kream hands down! If you ever are in a area with a Tim Hortons– go there!

This place does the most drive through business I have ever seen! It is amazing how fast they move cars through the line. Oh, and yes, Timbits!!! Love them, dream about them! The Wife only has one complaint, that the coffee is damn hot!

I LOVE Tim Hortons! Starbucks doesn’t even cross my mind when I’m in our northern neighbor’s homeland. Driving up late one night(10pm-ish) to Whistler and wanted to stop by for a quick«take away» as you Canadians call it. Timbits and some steeped tea for this chilly night. What did you say, you’re out of steeped tea? wtfux0r?! Failed!!! Almost as bad as saying you’re out of Tim Hortons’ black coffee. Step it up night shift. At least they have a drive thru & this Tim Hortons is connected to a Wendy’s.

Seriously folks… what’s not to like about Tim’s eh? Service was Tim’s-isk, what do you want? I swear about half the crew was in «training» it’s fast-food, workers last about 72hrs before becoming zombies, eh? I crave their coffee, eh, yes the regular drip coffee, eh, is some of the finest, eh, WAY better than that overpriced Charbux! eh… And those sugar educing donut holes are the BEST in the world, forget about Dunk’n Donuts or Krappy Kreme! eh… Canada, embrace what you are good for exporting… that is Tim Hortons, what’s not to like, they even sponsor hockey, eh?

holy guacamole these guys are nuts. i think half of their staff is under 16 and it really shows in the service. the whole place runs around like a chicken with it’s head cut off and the line takes FOREVER. the staff here can’t compete with the folks at tim hortons in downtown vancouver, who can serve 3 times as many people in half the time. these guys routinely forget parts of your order, take forever and generally suck. i need a caffeine fix on the way home from skiing and i’ve switched to McD’s. BOOO.

‘Twas OK. I only had a sandwich, some sort of fowl, which I can’t recall. Line was a bit long. Perhaps because the Wendy’s it shares space with wasn’t yet open.

The line was very long. There must have been at least ten people behind the counter, but none working efficiently, and many seeming still learning. We ended up late to our destination due to the wait. That said, the Timbits sure were yummy. The blueberry ones are surprisingly good.

Since the beginning of my Great Northern Adventure, I’ve had 4 helpings of Tim Horton’s coffee. Unless you’ve been such a terrible alcoholic that you’ve had the shakes, or tried to kick crack, there is little I can do to tell you about how great their coffee is. Its like sex on my tongue with 17 culinary orgasms at once. I’ve heard the other stuff is good too, but that lovely large coffee with two sugars is all I can possibly think about.

I. Love. Tim. Hortons. There was a Tim Hortons rule in my house. Anyone who went to the city or drove through Squamish had to pick up a box of TImBits. Those delicious doughnut holes that are sprinkled with copious amounts of crack. OK, maybe it isn’t crack. Whatever is in these little balls of heaven it can’t be legal in the States. That’s the only reasonable explanation I can think of for why Timmy’s isn’t south of the border. I would now like I moment of reflection on their coffee: HOLYCOW. I’ve heard from a couple different people that they roast their coffee with barley. I don’t know if that’s true, but it sound like it could be. The straight up black tar heroin that is Tim Hortons coffee is the best coffee in the world. I worked at a boutique coffee roaster that only roasted shade grown arabic beans from small estates. TH coffee is better. OK, it’s not technically«Better» but I like it more. It’s savory but still a little sweet. I’m kind of glad Whistler will never allow Tim Hortons in the municipality because that makes the Squamish location that much more exciting. It breaks up the drive. Plus, if there was a TH in Whistler I would have gained a LOT more weight in Whistler. No body wants that.
