I am delighted with the service I have received from Precision Optical in Squamish. The staff only make people want to shop at small locally run businesses. From the mundane to the significant, they are happy to take care of customers’ needs and concerns. My questions were addressed fully, and I received assistance in choosing a pair of frames I would be happy with. Watching them interact with other customers, it is clear that they have worked to develop trusting relationships with them.
I have found the staff to be excellent at serving customers even if they are working solo. They make each customer feel special and taken care of, even when the store is busy.
