You can say what you want about the evils of chain stores but this girl right here loves the fact that no matter which location I am at I can always count on quality goods and great service from Davids Tea. I stopped in here to get a latte with one of the new recently released winter flavors and had some questions about their tea infused body care line the girl at the counter was more than happy to answer. This was also quite possibly the fastest I have ever been able to get a latte at any Davids Tea. I was also greatly appreciative of the fact she clued me in about the rewards I had accumulated on my frequent steeper card. Those free bags of loose leaf tea do eventually expire and I had accumulated three before anyone warned me they were about to be no more at my regular Edmonton location. The ladies here in the park truly bring their A game! I will definitely be back the next time I am out and about here in Sherwood Park.

Great Employees, Great Service and a Great Time. Usually Davids Tea at West Ed is crazy busy, I usually order online but because we were coming in to the city we decided to go to the Sherwood Park location. The girls working we’re fabulous! They offered us samples and we began smelling different teas. They were knowledgeable and personable. By the time we were finished we had smelled ¾ of the teas and bought too much! We certainly can’t wait to go again!

Oh man, this place is going to put a serious dent in my wallet. I love the entire concept of this store and the tea actually tastes as good as it smells! In addition to the ridiculously huge loose leaf tea selection, they have an awesome selection of sampler packages and tea accessories. If you’re new to tea this is the place to be (seriously it’s rhyme worthy)! I very much love that you can buy your favorite tea blends here and try a cup of a new flavor, made the way you like it, at a great price (~$ 3 for a steeped tea). The staff always has a couple blends brewed for samples as well, which is awesome for the tea adventurist!
In the past few times I have been here, the service quality varies from decent to amazing (everyone has off or flustered days, it happens). I am pretty sure I am hooked for life on this business since they will likely never run out of amazing teas to try!

This was my second trip to this location of David’s Tea and this trip truly cemented my love for the people who work at this location. This time around I was buying some tea then got some lattes to go. The employees were very friendly and engaging. Making the short wait for my lattes truly a great experience. You can tell they really love their jobs which makes being a customer so easy and enjoyable.
