Super friendly staff every time I’m there. Very helpful and professional. Always offering to help. Everything is always well organized there too. All you could ask for from a grocery store!

This location has recently changed up their whole store layout. Seems more open and bright than before and the layout is reminiscent of a big box supermarket. My one gripe is that the bakery will not cut you a slice of cake. So it’s either all or none. If what you want isn’t in the pre packed section, you’re SOL which is frustrating because sometimes you want a piece of cake and don’t want to have to buy the whole thing.

Usually pretty clean, spacious and bright. Just the parking sucks here, esp. on the weekends, lots of traffic in a residential hood. Washrooms unfortunately at the front out in the open so everyone will notice if u take a long time ;(

There are three Save-On-Foods in Richmond. Out of the 3, this location is the newest, cleanest, and offers the most in variety. For example, they have more choices in the types of cheese you can get like: Limburger, whole rolls of Gouda cheese, cheddar Babybel, etc. I also enjoyed their selection of ice cream: Ben & Jerry’s, Breyers, Real Dairy, etc. Something I haven’t seen before were individual sized Ben & Jerry’s and Real Dairy ice cream for ~$ 2 — it reminds me of those chocolate malt cups you could get at mini marts back in elementary school for $ 1. Overall, nice store with a very good variety and selection of items. Note: This location has Self-Checkout stations!
