La Senza

This store is not closed, shopped there today. Love the layout, good selection, quality is up and down and sizes run big or small depending on the style. Staff is helpful, except for the one woman that looked like she was afraid to ask me a question and said «do you…» then there was silence. I responded with «do I what?» she just wanted to know if I knew my size but didn’t offer a shopping basket. I’m not big and scary… quite the opposite. I don’t bite unless attacked. If you offer all your other customers a basket, offer me one too. Lol seriously.

I can always find good stuff in this location

Usually I can take or leave most stores like this, but my experiences at this particular La Senza have always been great. My most recent visit I have to say was the best so far.
I usually come just needing new bottoms, but this last time I thought it was best if I get fitted for an actual bra this time. It was a good thing that I did because I’d changed sizes! Queenie, their fitting specialist helped me out a ton with making sure each style fit my body just right. I found a couple of amazingly-​coloured bras on sale (I’m a fan of the deals they have going on!) and was really happy with them!
The rest of the staff there were really friendly and made shopping there really enjoyable. Needless to say I know where I’m going if I need any new undergarments!
