Worst shopping experience ever. First of all, this is a baby/​kids clothing store and it is so jam-​packed and the aisles are so narrow that it is very difficult to navigate with a stroller… are they aware of who their target market is??? Second, I walked up to the till to return a gift as the sizing was wrong and Susan, the cashier and supervisor on duty, asked me to just wait a moment at the same time that a lady walked in front of me. She proceeded to help this lady who was not done shopping. She began her transaction and then just waited while the lady continued to shop. After about 5 – 6 minutes, she advised me to go to the other line-​up as she would be awhile. When I first arrived, the second cashier was helping someone but was not lined up. When Susan advised me to move to the other line-​up, it was now 3 people deep. By the time I got to the front of the line, I was so frustrated with this ridiculous scenario that I never wanted to shop here again. Low and behold, they only offer a store credit with a gift receipt even though this policy is stated nowhere on the receipt. Now I was stuck with a store credit to a store that I refuse to ever return to. By the time I left, which was probably about 15 minutes after switching lines, the lady was still shopping and Susan still hadn’t finished her transaction, nor could she help any other customer.

Great baby and kids clothing store. Prices are high, but when you patiently wait for a good sale, it’s really worth it to shop here. Just come early before the other crazy deal seeking moms arrive. The quality of the clothing is really good and the clothes are very cute. I have a problem finding girls clothing in sizes 6 + that isn’t cheap looking, but this store has solved that problem.

Great store, excellent selection, great staff too. Always very helpful.
