Okay the service has gone downhill.
Tanned girl, with fake blonde hair didn’t even come up to me, even though it was visible that I was looking for something. Maybe it’s because I was in my gym clothing, and not in my «usual» get-​up. You think people in gym, or «comfortable» clothing won’t by anything? You’re a moron then. Incidentally she is the one who sold me the completely wrong product for my hair type. I don’t know anything about hair care products, so you put a little bit of trust in the people who are selling you them… well that’s not the case here.
Anyways the girl was talking to another person, who seemed like a friend, and then when the friend left I was still left there looking… where the girl went to take inventory of the products. The manager then came in, where she helped me (she is still friendly). But wow is this where customer service has gone?
Needless to say, I am going to return my things, and even though I buy a product that is sold there, I will be buying it elsewhere because they don’t deserve my money.
Also they have Bed Head products which seem like they are greatly overpriced because I have seen them at Shoppers for cheaper.
