History

Established in 2015.

Father & daughter designed every inch of the shop and contributed many hours to resourcing all props and decorations from charity shops and recycle. In the first four months of business Brain Freeze has donated more than $ 10,000 in sponsorships to local sports and schools!

I came here ’cause the name of the place is so awesome and childish. The minute you hear the name «Brain Freeze» you know exactly what you’re getting into. A head rush mixed with sugar. It’s like the other fro-​yo places, just more kid friendly with the branding. Piece of advice… don’t get any gummy candies. They will harden with the cold. Great customer service. Everyone here is kid friendly.

Went to brain freeze with my 2 kids today and had the best experience! I love that it’s a father/​daughter team and has a family feel. We were given a tour of the place and got to try lots of samples before committing to our bowls of ice cream. Soooo many toppings to choose from and the theme room is really cool. We will definitely be returning here many times over the summer

This is like a kid-​specific version of Qoola. They do have adult toppings like fruit and nuts, etc, but they have a lot of kid friendly flavours like gummy worms, jelly beans, chocolate bars, etc.
The place itself offers a retro room which is kind of tiny — it can maybe fit 15 – 20 people. Or, you can go outside and sit at one of their patio tables while you enjoy your treat. Eitheir or it’s the same because I don’t think they have air conditioning inside.
The employees are pretty friendly and helpful.
If I had kids, I would bring them here after bowling or a movie. But it’s not a place to hang out for 5 hours, that’s for sure.
This place would probably have tons of 5 star reviews if 8 year olds wrote more Unilocal reviews.
