Very good price for good work. Joe the manager is very personable and eager to please. For $ 30 I had a good exterior wash with all door jams wiped clean and the interior thoroughly wiped down and vacuumed. If it is raining and you request no wash they will do the interior only for $ 16. This was not a cue tip type «detailing» but still a very good deal for only $ 30. Nothing under $ 50 comes close in the lower mainland.
Highly recommended.

Had lend of a friend’s car for a number of weeks and wanted to get a good cleaning before return, as a thank you. BMS got me in right away (yeah, yeah, so it was raining… big deal). They were ready for me upon arrival, I told them which details I was most concerned about, and they took care of all of it within the time they promised. The car is cleaner than I could have done. I hope my friend appreciates the shiny winter rims!
Great job, delivered on time for only $ 30 (considering automated car washes charge $ 10 – 15).

My baby was long overdue for a good cleaning after a drive from California and then three weeks of driving around before our trip back down to CA. I was recommended BMS by someone I met in a Starbucks of all places, and a quick Unilocal search agreed that coming here was a good idea, so I did. I was not let down.
The people I dealt with were so friendly! Both the couple who runs it, and the guys that did the actual detailing. I dropped my dog off at the groomer across the street while they were working on my car and took the opportunity to explore the neighborhood. Picked up my car and it was good as new. It was so cheap as well, I think I paid like $ 40 if I’m not mistaken. I’m coming back to Canada next summer, and I’m definitely stopping by here again.
This place is (deservingly) very popular, so be sure to make an appointment, but trust me, it’s worth it.

Whenever we are overrun and need something in a rush, BMS and Joe is our go to for automotive detail, new or used. They are extremely professional with their business to business services, always on time, and never ever over promise and under deliver. If they can’t finish a job in a timely manner, they will rather not take it. It is not the easiest place to find, but don’t give up! THE place to go for a quality job!

Best Auto detailing shop by far!
I did plenty of research before giving my car off to a detailer, in hopes of finding the perfect shop. Not only did Joe (owner) give me the friendliest customer service, he also polished my car beyond my expectations. I was a little late dropping my car off (arrived at 2:30) so Joe actually, after closing the shop, continued to work on my car for an additional 2 hours to ensure it was done right. The prices here were completely reasonable and with customer service this great, I know I will be coming back, and I’m sure all of my friends will be as well.
Thank you guys for the job you did on my car I will definitely be coming back!

This is the best car wash place in Richmond. It is literally a diamond in the rough. Hidden behind a tiny used car dealership. If you see the lemon grass restaurant turn in there. Great attention to detail and excellent price. This place is very busy so call in ahead to make sure there is room. Regular cars are $ 23 inside and out and SUV are $ 30 + tax.
Message for BMS AUTO HAS:
DO NOT EVER sacrifice quality to make a quick buck. Your only and biggest advantage is your quality. Don’t ever lose that.

Over the weekend my car (newly purchased) got borrowed out to a family and the second day when I got the car back it had the weirdest smell, I didn’t pay attention at first thinking it will go away but the smell only got worse and the next day after work I found my car full of flies! I was so upset and in a full panic and wanted the car cleaned ASAP, phoned around and was only able to reach BMS that offered me a time the next day, the lady who answered the phone was very knowledgable and kind.
I took the car over and got a bit lost since they are renovating and nowhere did it say BMS, however the owner (I think) Joe quickly came and greeted me, patiently listened, sniffed around the car since I had a potential fish problem, and took the car in to do his business.
When I returned later this afternoon I was super delighted to find the car sparkly clean and smelling very very good! They did such a good job in bringing my car back to life and also made my day :)! I’m also very happy that there was no random added procedures which lead to added cost, they didn’t put me on a deodorizing service simply because I had a fish problem. They were very realistic in what they recommended to me, and I appreciated that very much.
I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent quality, not to mention their price is very very fair, the owners are very kind, AND their dog is very cute! It just couldn’t get any better. I would be happy to return there again in the future too, hopefully not for another fish related problem though.

Got my car detailed today and they did a great job, just like with the Aquapel treatment I got done here last time.
I showed up a little early and they took my car in and it was ready about 5 hours later. Sounds like a long time but they did a lot of work considering my car hasn’t been detailed since… well…I’ll be honest, since I got it 2 years ago. I have a dog so there was tons of dog hair etc and they didn’t charge extra for the cleanup. I checked almost everywhere and I couldn’t even find one strand of dog hair — now that’s attention to detail on their part! My car smelled fantastic and it was clean and shiny inside and out.
I also had a bunch of stuff in my car (dog hammock, signs from work, backpack, lamp, etc) and they didn’t charge extra for a packed car that they had to unload (a few other detailing places have a surcharge for that). I left them with a messy car and they gave it back to me tidied up.
The employees here are really friendly and easy going, and very professional and detail oriented. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who’s willing to spend some money getting their car detailed. My dealership wanted $ 550+ for the same amount of work but they only charge $ 250 here (taxes included)!

Decided to check out BMS after reading some positive reviews on Unilocal and boy am I glad I did! FYI, the place is behind the Car Dealership (the one with Super Mario Driving the sports car) on Westminister HWY.
I needed to get the interior of my car cleaned (detailed) because of that «wet towel» mildew smell festering in the trunk and in some of the seats. I called another auto detailing place in Richmond but they were too busy to take my car and the other place wanted me to leave it over night!
At BMS Auto Haus, the staff was friendly and was able to accommodate me on a Friday morning. The job took a few hours but the location is so close to the malls and the skytrain line that I had no worries about killing the time.
One of the things I appreciated the most was the call I got about 40 minutes before the job was finished. It allowed me enough time to stop by a bank (cash only but its all good) and head back to pick up my car.
This place is a hidden gem of Richmond I was shocked at how good a job they did!
Towel smell was all gone and I haven’t seen it this clean since it rolled off the dealership lot!
I would use them again in a heartbeat and you should too…

Phenomenal job, made my suv look like new, for just $ 60, wash inside & out, vacuum, polished mags/​tires, could’ve sworn they waxed but didn’t, smelled like new car too… now it’s gone after a week lol.
located behind the Lemongrass Viet resto, shouldve went there to work while i waited for 90min. but they don’t have WIFI.
they even cleaned some food spills over the last few years, i recall getting a crêpe to go, and while i was driving the chocolate oozed & dripped all over the gear shift lol; didn’t notice til i was at a red light, so with all the lights at cambie/​broadway, now i could see the good sweet stuff all over the seat, floor, as well as my forearm sleeve.
But BMS cleaned all that up.

I decided, upon the recommendation of my friend, to try this car wash and what a great recommendation it was!!! My full wash — outside wash and interior vacuum and clean was extremely reasonable ($ 40) for an amazing job and I added the water repellent to my windshield and driver and passenger windows which was also a fantastic addition. I have a French Bulldog who sheds quite a bit and they got the hair out of the interior. I highly, highly recommend this place. Not only do they do an awesome job, but they are quick, helpful and so nice! I will hands down go back for another wash and maybe detail!
