Okay the only reason this place got any stars is because I’m a toy nut… and this place has some cool kids toys. Both mass produced and made on site. I got a good look at the wooden toys on site. Looked like a Santa’s workshop type set up. Young men making wooden cars and such. They were well made out of pine but I did find it a bit pricey. $ 26 for a truck that held 6 crayons. I have seen such things cheaper, but the price obviously to this reviewer had alot to do with the location it was being made… it’s PEI and that adds to the price tag! Parking is okay, small private lot and if need be you could park on the street and irritate a few people… Now for the rottenness… First this place is hard to find. The brochure you get from tourism gives an address of «between Cavendish and Charlottetown on Rt13.» Do you know the milage/killometer span of road that address involves? I ended up is some neighboring town and had to ask… «Oh head that way and keep going. It’s the place with the blue roof.» The physical address of this place is an overall issue… A GPS can not locate such an address. Staff… when I mentioned the address problem on the brochure, they were all up in arms about it. «Well you found it didn’t ya?» I found the staff out right rude. PLUS I overhead the kids(teenagers) talking about doing inventory count… again. They had just done it last week it seems. The teenagers were very back mouthy and snotty about the issue and it could be heard by the customers. Website… Once again this reviewer is adding a new business and with that came the fun of trying to find the address to this business on «Rt13 between Cavendish and Charlottetown.» Well, as with their brochure the website lacks an address… Found it the website very lacking and miss directing and dead-ending(You click and can’t click to another page, TG for the back button on IE)
