I brought my F250 in for a minor repair to the drivers door and the estimator estimated 2 days for the repair. I dropped off the truck and picked up my
Loaner which was a 2013 Ford Fusion that was so dirty, I would have been embarrassed to own this car? As a business, I would ensure that loaner cars representing Ford are exemplary. There was blood on the passenger handle and headliner.
I picked up the vehicle a week later. The biggest dissappointment was with the lack of communication from the Bodyshop. I checked in with the shop 3 – 4 times within the week to ensure that the vehicle would be ready. I called again on the day that I was to pick up the vehicle only to be told that the person working on it had gone home for personal reasons. I have to stress that this is day 7 of a 2 day repair with no communication from the shop to date.
I did get the vehicle back only to find that they had neglected to tape off the other body parts properly and have overspray on the windows, door, and front panel. The drivers door also has a rattle likely from reassembly.
In all, this was a trial to find a new Bodyshop for future work on my vehicles. My thought was that a Ford dealer may be a good place to go for quality parts and workmanship. I have to say that this was a dismal failure and I am still hunting for a good shop.
Disappointing.

Absolutely worst car buying experience ever. The salesman working with us was extremely condescending while speaking to me, putting things into «laymen’s» terms for me by using shoes as an example to help me understand selecting vehicles. I guess women can only possibly understand shoes. Another large salesman made a comment that insinuated that I like to take my clothes off in public. I was in there with my husband and children at the time dressed completely conservatively. Aside from the salespeople’s winning personalities, the purchasing process was painful. We had brought our vehicle in for repair and more than a week passed without them having done a single thing to it, each time with excuses that the person that needed to work on it wasn’t there, he had gone on vacation or something like that, they weren’t sure when he would be back blah blah blah. Meanwhile we are sharing one vehicle for work and taking children back and forth from their schools, not an easy feat when all are scattered far from each other. We ended up deciding that we should just look for a new vehicle and felt that we were not given the best price for our vehicle (despite the repair it needed) nor was the salesperson completely honest with us in his office since there was a discrepancy in the deal once we got to the finance office. He was very apologetic that «I misunderstood» him, I guess he should have used shoes to explain it to me. And it wasn’t just me, my husband and I heard the same thing in the sales office and we were both totally surprised in the finance office but I’m sure it was us and not this super honest and pleasant salesperson. In the months that followed I have been to several Mercedes, BMW and Lexus dealerships with a female friend and not once were we treated even half as bad as this experience was for me. The process here was long and painful. I left feeling insulted and ripped off but since we had been without our vehicle for more than a week already and with no repair date in sight and all the excuses we heard, we had a sense of urgency.
