Serge and Leon at Go Mitsubishi were a pleasure to work with and made purchasing our new RVR GT a simple, fun and exciting experience while they fought hard to get us an amazing price!
Our story: After spending several exhausting weeks craigslist hunting for a used vehicle only to find ourselves repeatedly disappointed with sales staff, I came across a pre-​owned RVR at Go Mitsubishi. I contacted Serge and made some inquiries and was immediately impressed with his professionalism, honesty and his sincerity about earning our business. Over the course of our communications, he helped us crunch some numbers and provided us with several options including considering something new.
Being diligent, we always kept our eyes and ears open but time after time Serge showed me that with their «no documentation or hidden fees» that Go Motsubishi was the only place to «Go»! [Seriously, why should anyone pay $ 495 – 795 doc fee on new or used??]
Serge earned our confidence and got us in to compare a few trim packages, where we also met Leon, the General Sales Manager. Leon was also extremely professional and assured us that, together, they were committed to making us satisfied customers and proud Mitsubishi owners.
At the end of the day, we decided to make an offer on a RVR GT 2.4. Serge worked with Leon to get us the best price possible — and they delivered! We’re now the proud owners of a gorgeous new RVR and we’re recommending Go Mitsubishi to all of our friends and family!
All of the staff at Go Mitsubishi [Serge in sales, Leon the Business Manager, Jenny in Finance and Mercedes in Insurance] were extremely courteous and easy to work with. No pressure, no stress, NO FEES!

Had a great experience with my salesmen Ray and the sales managers Edward and King… did a bunch of research on the Mitsubishi Mirage and was watching ads on auto trader daily and after going to a few other dealerships thought I would give Go Mitsubishi a try in Coquitlam.

Ray was super helpful little to no pressure very personable (helped me select the perfect car and color that I wanted) heck they even offered to give me the car over night to try it out (used 2014 mirage) i declined and came back the next day with the wife, she loved the car and i was sold…
I was able to negotiate a good price and got them to include a polish on the paint job as their were a few minor scratches… Took the car home, drove it to work even drove it across the border into Washington State and back…
A week or so after purchasing the vehicle I was looking in my vehicle for a lost item when i bent over to look under the passenger and drivers seat when i noticed something wedged underneath the tire jack (that’s mounted under the drivers seat) i reached down and to my shock and horror I pulled out a long knife with a long thin sharp blade (the type you would use for filleting fish) this car was a former rental car that they had purchased and I was furious that no one had taken the time prior to selling me the car to check it out…
I could have been arrested at the border if I had gotten secondaried not to mention I could have cut myself reach under my drivers seat… I took the car back to the dealership and showed the sales manager and he took the knife away in shock as well… I was assured that some one would be getting in contact with me in the coming days to make this right and no one ever did…
I was a super happy go auto customer when I purchased the car but after all that has transpired and the false promises of getting in contact with me to make it right and give me an explanation as to why this occurred i find myself cautious when talking about go auto to friends and I will probably start taking my car for servicing to another Mitsubishi dealership…
Lesson be learned when purchasing a used car as the buyer (look throughout the entire car before driving off the lot !)

Worst. Dealer. Ever. The salesman Greg was awesome and we love our new car but I will never recommend this place to anyone.
The finance guy made a huge mistake on our application and, weeks after our purchase, he suddenly wanted us to come in and pay a lot of money to them because they had not bothered to check how much was owing on the car that we had traded in. They had told us that they had and we had read and signed everything and we trusted them to have done things properly.
The manager Justin was a complete jerk and he spent more time trying to intimidate and bully us than he did in trying to just fix things. Go far far away from Go Mitsubishi.
