Lvy Spa & Nails

Website says it opens at 11 on Sunday’s. Showed up and it was closed waited around until 12 and still closed. I also tried to book an appointment online there was no confirmation email and nobody tried to contact me. I’ve seen numerous of people go to the door expecting it to be opened.

Worst pedicure EVER!
Colour selection is terrible.
The lady in the picture with the silver medalist sliced the side of my foot. It has been an hour since I left the place and it still has not stopped bleeding. She cut my toe nails on one foot and not the other and slapped the nail polish on in less than two minutes including the top coat. She was upset when I asked her to cut the toe nails on the other foot so decided I did not need her to butcher my feet anymore. So I came home and redid everything myself.
As a business owner myself, if I cut someone and it is still bleeding I would offer the pedicure on the house and maybe a few free ones. Not that I would ever go back, but she only gave me a $ 5 discount after arguing with her for a discount. She also tells me that «these things happen».
However, I think more effort is required to make sure that these things do not happen. It seemed a like a common occurence for them.

Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had!
Shellac manicure chipped in 3 days; One girl was doing my manicure while the other was working on my pedicure. After my hands were finished soaking in the little dish of water, she dumped the used water in the pedicure tub where my feet were soaking! Gross.
Toe polish chipped in 1 week! I would have been better off painting them myself.
These were my birthday nails, so definitely a major let-​down.
Employees were more concerned about showing each other things on facebook and giggling. No music or t. v; I would have been happy with CP-​24. And these iPads are no where to be found.

My gf and i love doing our nails here bc they do an amazing job and its one of the nicest salons in p town. great service and my nails always come out perfect every time.

Great Experience!
I had a wonderful experience yesterday at L-​Vy Spa & Nails. They took me in an hour before closing for a Shellac manicure and regular pedi. Not only was the service awesome but the amount of colours they have for Shellac is on it’s own a good reason to go because I havent been to another nail salon that has even remotely the same amount of colours let alone for such a low price. I recently paid double for the same services at a nail salon up the road on Whites Rd. I’m the type of person that enjoys my pampering experience. When I go to get my hair done for instance I’m in the salon for about 3 hours minimum and I enjoy my time there. My hairdresser, the staff and I have become good friends and I had been looking for a place to get my nails done that offers that same type of experience and I believe that this is it. The owner and his wife are super friendly, courteous and they treat their customers with the utmost respect. It was my first time here and I very much look forward to going back. I will be recommending L-​Vy to all of my friends and family.
