This location feels pretty old and run down, especially with the entry door that gets suck open and lets all the cold air in. Several of the staff seemed to have their family members waiting for them in the lobby, so they were chatting back and forth, laughing at pictures on their family members’ phones between taking orders. There were also other individuals(without food) just loitering there, which left very few seats open for actual customers. They were all of out their most popular bread(Italian herbs and cheddar), which was interesting considering that it was the busy dinner rush period. Service, once I got the staff’s attention that I wanted to order food, was quick. The make table was fully stocked. They were almost all out of cookies as well, but the few they had left were chewy and fresh like they’d recently come out of the oven. In all, an acceptable experience.
